Previous playroom at the rear of a terraced house was extended to be a fully fledged livingroom, with Utility and downstairs coakroom added in the middle of the ground floor (the kitchen has always been at the front). This meant that the first floor livingroom could be converted to a childrens playroom with future potential to be a double bedroom, rather than extending in the loft, so effectively adding a large double bedroom.
